At Lume Wealth, we proudly support The Forgotten Women Challenge because we see the very real impact of financial vulnerability among older women, many of whom face housing insecurity due to divorce, separation, or having spent a lifetime without access to compulsory superannuation.
We believe that no woman should face homelessness in her later years. Supporting this initiative is not just about raising funds, it’s about raising awareness, advocating for systemic change, and empowering the next generation through financial education.

The Forgotten Women
The Forgotten Women is Mangrove Community Homes' flagship project, a unique, grassroots housing initiative dedicated to women over 55 experiencing homelessness - the fastest growing cohort in Australia today. The Forgotten Women's mission is simple: to put a safe roof over the heads of as many vulnerable older women as possible. Through the acquisition of suitable properties, the project provides secure, safe, affordable housing that enables older women to age in place with security, stability and dignity.
